1. Order Processing & Production
Handling Time: Orders are processed within 3 – 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the order details.
Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Time & Shipping Fees
We offer reliable shipping methods to ensure your order arrives on time.

You can track your order directly on our website or through the courier’s website.
If you do not receive a tracking update within 5 business days, please contact our support team.
4. Shipping Restrictions & Responsibilities
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the courier for assistance.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders): International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications and cancellations are not possible.
